The Sustainable Condo now has a home at Exhibition Place within the CMHC Eco Pods. In the fall of 2007, the Sustainable Condo was moved to the CMHC EcoPods (former historic Music Building) at Toronto`s Exhibition Place as part a larger educational exhibit focusing on green technologies, in partnership between CMHC, Exhibition Place, the Canadian National Exhibition and the City of Toronto.

The CMHC EcoPods are made up of three equal-sized octagonal pods. The condo is located in one of the three pods as a public display at least until December 31, 2008. The second pod is currently available as a meeting space for workshops and other group functions with a capacity of 90 people per pod.

The Sustainable Condo pod is open for public viewing and guided tours throughout 2008.
